Cade's Home Care Services LLC provides home care services for individuals and families. When you opt in to our communications, you may receive text messages about appointment and visit reminders, scheduling and service updates, care coordination, staff and program announcements, and general administrative notices. If you separately opt in, you may also receive messages about community events, program news, and new service offerings. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving care or services.

2. Opt-Out & Cancellation

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text "STOP" to our phone number, and we will send you a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time and we will resume sending messages.

Text messages are not a secure method of communication. We will not include detailed medical or personal health information in text messages, and we ask that you do not send sensitive health information to us by text. If you or someone in your care is experiencing a medical or safety emergency, call 911.
